The West Virginia Bureau for Public Health’s (WVBPH) Division of Tobacco Prevention (DTP) is requesting applications for grants to reduce (1) the high prevalence of tobacco addiction and use, and (2) the high rates of disease, disability, and death related to tobacco use by African Americans residing in West Virginia.
